- Identify shared challenges in working with Gulf governments:
- Identify strategies for managing our marginal status. Viewed as guests, not citizens;
- Help in understanding why there is a disconnect between affirmative answers on the Ministry level, but no follow through on the bureaucratic level;
- How to help governments to deal with us as churches and not as commercial entities;
- Represent our shared concerns to Gulf Governments with a more unified voice;
- Offer an educational campaign for the Gulf Governments to help them to better understand the complexity and diversity of the Christian churches, and to understand that while we are distinct churches we are also part of a world Christianity. We need to present a common identity to the governments despite our differences;
- Negotiate a greater efficiency in obtaining visas, also need more visas as congregations grow;
- Gain more land for Christian burials;
- Gain allocation of additional land for new church buildings and additional parking;
- Gain permission for importing books;
- Help in establishing bank accounts as non-commercial entities;
- Offer training for church leaders in government relations.
